Ryan Gordon was a 2003 graduate of Foothill High School. The scholarship was established in 2004 by his family. 

Scholarships are awarded to graduating boy's or girl's soccer players who plan on playing in college after graduation. Scholarships are awarded to those who best exemplify the traits of sportsmanship, dedication and leadership on and off the field.
