The Perch, Foothill’s student newspaper, was established in 2025 to highlight school news and student events across campus. In the spirit of inclusion, our student journalists cover a wide range of stories—from international club trips to rivalry sports games—ensuring all Falcons feel seen and valued. The publication distributes printed editions every six to eight weeks, helping students, parents, and families stay connected with Foothill’s current events and student endeavors.

Because The Perch receives no district or site funding, our publication is 100% dependent on the generosity of our Falcon community.
