Every 15 Minutes (EFM) is a two-day program sponsored by the Office of Highway Safety & California Highway Patrol for high school juniors & seniors. It is dedicated to raising awareness about the dangers of drunk driving. EFM engages students in scenarios and simulations to encourage responsible decision-making, prompting reflection on the consequences of alcohol-related choices and their profound impact on individuals, families, and the community.
Foothill partners with CHP, Pleasanton PD, and local hospitals & emergency responders to host EFM. Students lead the organization & execution of the event. Please consider making a donation to enhance the impact of Every 15 Minutes.
