Every 15 Minutes (EFM) is a two-day program developed by the Office of Traffic Safety and the California Highway Patrol for high school juniors and seniors. It is dedicated to raising awareness about the dangers of drunk driving. EFM engages students in powerful scenarios and simulations that encourage responsible decision-making and reflection on the consequences of alcohol-related choices and their profound impact on individuals, families, and the community.
Foothill partners with CHP and the Pleasanton Police Department to host EFM. A student leadership committee helps plan, organize, and bring the event to life alongside staff coordinators. Please consider making a donation to help support and enhance the impact of Every 15 Minutes.
